Until now the intersection of yoga and science has been seen primarily as either “yoga as science” (an ancient view) or the “science of yoga” (a modern view).
The latter refers to the growing number of scientific studies of various yoga practices including postures, breathing, and/or meditation using conventional scientific methods.

Our method is to collaborate creatively across disciplines to discover the biggest picture possible of our shared experience. We welcome your participation! Details
